Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship.

Shipping time
Delivery times vary by product and destination. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over $89. Orders under $89 ship for a flat rate of $5.90.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled at no cost any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled — see our [Refund Policy] for details.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us at support@petlee.store.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's significantly delayed, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it.

International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
