Refund policy

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before checkout, as changes and cancellations are only possible before the package leaves our warehouse.

This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered — in those cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund.
